Our tours are designed for all levels of cyclists, so you don’t need to be an expert to join us. We go at a leisurely pace, with plenty of time for breaks and photos. If you can ride a bike, you will be able to keep up.

Yes, we do! All of our tours have at least one drinks/toilet break. We also have longer breaks at lunch and dinner time. This gives you a chance to rest, stretch your legs, and use the restroom.

For guided bike tours, we offer Trek mountain bikes, Trek road bikes, Giant Anyroad bikes, Giant electric-assisted bikes, Burchda e-bikes, and Pesu e-bikes. However, for self-guided bike tours, we only offer Trek mountain bikes and Giant Anyroad bikes.

Yes, you can bring your own bike on the tour. However, please note that our guide is only trained to fix our bikes. If you have any problems with your own bike, you will need to fix it yourself or to find a local bike shop to help you.

Our guides are trained to fix punctures and small mechanical problems. For large groups or tours with e-bikes, a mechanic will be present to assist with any larger issues. We will have you back on the road in no time!

Our tours are designed to be as safe as possible. Our guides are fully trained in safety, and our routes are carefully planned to avoid busy roads and traffic. We also provide a full safety briefing at the start of each tour. If you have any concerns about safety, please do not hesitate to speak to your guide. They will be happy to answer any questions you have and make sure that you feel comfortable throughout the tour.

Yes, most of our tours include bicycle hire. However, there are a few exceptions, so please check the inclusions section of the tour description carefully. The inclusions section of the tour description will list all of the items that are included in the price of the tour. This will include things like bicycle hire, guide services, and meals. It is important to read this section carefully so that you know what is included in the price of the tour.

There are a few ways to book a tour with us. You can book online, via WhatsApp, or by email. If you book online, you will be able to see all of our tours and their availability. You can also pay for your tour online. If you book via WhatsApp or email, we will need to know which tour you are interested in and your preferred dates. We will then check availability and get back to you with a quote. Once you have booked your tour, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the details.

Wearing a helmet is required for riding an electric bicycle on our tours. It is not required by law to wear a helmet on a normal bike in Vietnam, but we strongly recommend that you do. We provide helmets free of charge.

We recommend booking in advance if you have specific requirements or if there is a special bike event happening. We cannot guarantee bike availability without a booking, but we usually have bikes available for rent on the spot. Advanced bookings can only be made for full-day (or longer) rentals.

Our opening hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can pick up your bike at any time during our opening hours, but the earliest you can pick it up is 8:30 AM and the latest you can pick it up is 6:00 PM. Please note that we are sometimes busy with dispatching tours throughout the day, so depending on the time you may be asked to wait or come back a bit later so we can give you our full attention.

Yes, we do! We offer special prices for bicycle rentals for special events. Please let us know the date of the event, the number of bikes you need, and any other details about your event so we can provide you with the best possible service.

We provide a free lock with all bike rentals. For guided bike tours, our tour guide will take care of the bikes, so you may not need the lock. However, if you are taking a self-guided bike tour, we strongly recommend that you lock your bike whenever it is out of your sight. This is especially important in busy areas or at night.

We offer racks for rent on our Trek mountain bikes. These are ideal for long-distance rides, charity rides, and cycling holidays. Our bikes do not come with racks by default, so please let us know when you make your booking if you need one. Our technical team will install it on the back of the bike for you. We do not offer lights or panniers for rent.

Please check that you are happy with your bike before you leave our garage. Occasionally, problems do occur with bicycles while they are out on hire. If this happens, please bring the bike back to us and we will inspect it. If we find that the bike has been damaged due to reckless use, theft, or other similar reasons, you may be charged for the repair, as per our hire contract conditions.

We are sorry to hear that you have gotten a puncture. Punctures can happen occasionally, and they are not always preventable. If you get a puncture, you will need to bring the bike back to us so that we can repair it. We will repair the puncture free of charge, or we can exchange you for another bike.
You must not ride on a flat tire. This can damage the wheel, and you may have to pay for a wheel repair or a new wheel. If you have a flat tire, you can walk the bike back to us, or you can take it on a train or in a taxi.

Our tour guides are friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. They are all trained in Vietnam history, culture, and geography, and they are passionate about sharing their knowledge with our guests. They are also safety-conscious and will make sure that you have a fun and safe experience on our tours.

Yes, our guides will talk about the sights on the tour and give you interesting stories about them. There will also be time for photographs at the major sights. The amount of time that we spend at each sight will vary depending on the type of tour and the interests of the group. For road cycling tours, we will stop at major sights for a short time to allow you to take photographs and learn about the history and culture of the area. For leisure cycling tours, we will spend more time at each sight so that you can have a more leisurely experience and enjoy the scenery.

Our tours are suitable for children who are at least 10 years old and are competent cyclists. We recommend that children younger than 10 years old do not participate in our group tours, as they may not be able to keep up with the pace of the tour or may not be comfortable riding alongside traffic. We offer short-cycling distance tours and cycling on flat roads for children. We also have bike trailers for children. Adults are responsible for the safety of children at all times. If you are unsure whether your child is old enough or experienced enough to participate in our tours, we recommend booking a private tour for your family.

Yes, this is possible on a private tour. We also offer tag-alongs and child seats for bike hire. However, it is important to note that these are only available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are planning on bringing a child on a tour, we recommend booking a private tour in advance so that you can guarantee that there will be a tag-along or child seat available.

Our child rate is for children under the age of 12 on day trips and excursions that do not include accommodation. We do not accept children under the age of 12 on our open guided tours, but we are happy to accommodate younger children on a private family tour.

Our tours run in all weather. However, if it is raining continuously for 15 minutes at the time the tour is set to start, we will allow you to reschedule your tour for another day.

Yes, you can take your bike on trains and some buses in Vietnam. However, it is important to check with the bus or train company before you travel to make sure that they allow bikes. Folding bikes are usually allowed on all public transport, but non-folding bikes may only be allowed on certain buses. It is also recommended to pack your bike carefully to avoid any damage.

Unfortunately, we do not offer insurance for theft. We have not been able to find any insurance provider in Vietnam that provides cover for hire equipment. If your bike is stolen, you will be responsible for the full cost of replacement. When you hire a bicycle from us, you are accepting the same responsibility as if you owned the bicycle yourself. This means that if your bike is stolen, it is your loss.
