As per our company policy, booking will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment or advance deposit.
Deposit can be settled online with credit card (PayPal), or bank transfer. The balance needs to be paid before the trip departure or the use of our service.
Cash
We only accept cash payment for payment of the remainder (balance). We can come to your hotel and collect it after your arrival in Vietnam or you can hand it over to our guide or to our driver on the day of the tour.
Bank transfer
We will let you know our local bank account details as soon as you require for the payment. We accept several currency such as USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AUD.
Our bank account will be provided with following details.

- Account number:
- Beneficiary name:
Please note bank transfer may take up to a week before the payment activates our bank account. The booking reservations will be launched only after we receive the deposit/payment.
Credit card
With your Credit Car or Debit Card, you can pay the tour or service online.
Paypal
PayPal is an online payment service that allows individuals and businesses to transfer funds electronically. You can send funds to anyone with an e-mail address if they have a PayPal account created with that email address.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still make the payment with your Credit Card or Debit Card.
Other method of payment
If you are familiar with any other method of payment that works better for you, please do let us know. We will verify to see if that also works for us. Your suggestion is appreciated.
