Hat Ngoc Troi Cycling Cup is held by Can Tho Province’s Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism. The event begins this year on August 12 in the Mekong Delta region.

The event draws participation of cyclists from both domestic and foreigner teams, competing over 10 stages covering 965km through 13 provinces.

Last year Tam of Gao Hat Ngoc Troi An Giang triumphed with the best total time of 23:53.29 after nine stages. The green jersey for best sprinter went to Mai Nguyen Hung of VUS-HCM City, while the white jersey for the best young cyclist went to Tran Duc Tien of Military Zone 7.
