Vietnam Cycling Federation, also called the Vietnam Motorcycle and Bicycle Association was established in 1992. The Vietnam Cycling Federation is based at 36 Tran Phu street, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi, Vietnam.
The President of the Vietnam Cycling Federation is Mr. Vu Khac Lien and the General Secretary is Mr. Doan Kim Phach.
Apart the Vietnam Bicycle Federation which belongs to the Ministry of Sport and Culture, there are several other cycling federations and bike clubs in different cities and provinces such as the Hanoi Cycling Federation, Lao Cai bike club, Ho Chi Minh city cycling association…
Most of bicycle tournaments, races, cycling events are held by the Vietnam Auto Motorcycle Bicycle Association.
